Estate Planning, Trusts and Administration of Estates
Collier & Fahey offers a range of estate planning services to our clients to enable them to pass assets to their families and to other beneficiaries in a manner that is consistent with our clients’ wishes, while also giving consideration to our clients’ needs during their lifetime. Municipal Law
Collier & Fahey acts as "Town Attorney" for a town on Mount Desert Island, as well as municipal land use and zoning counsel for another of the Island’s towns. The firm’s attorneys also represent private clients in municipally related matters in towns not represented by our firm. Municipal Law matters include representation of a town’s code enforcement officer, planning board or board of appeals concerning land use zoning matters, and working with town managers and/or boards of selectmen concerning a variety of matters (e.g., contract review, infrastructure development, and civil litigation).
